Binance vs OKX vs Bybit P2P in Pakistan – Which Is Best for Buying USDT?
Pakistan has three big P2P markets for USDT: Binance, OKX and Bybit. They work the same way: escrow, you pay the seller directly, you receive USDT. But they differ in which wallets they accept, what they tell you about sellers, and where they stand with Pakistan’s new regulator. This guide compares them side by side.

Price
None of them is always cheapest. Which exchange is cheapest changes through the day and differs by payment method. The gap is often a rupee or more per USDT:
| Amount | Gap of Rs 0.50 | Gap of Rs 1.00 | Gap of Rs 2.00 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 200 USDT | Rs 100 | Rs 200 | Rs 400 |
| 1,000 USDT | Rs 500 | Rs 1,000 | Rs 2,000 |
| 5,000 USDT | Rs 2,500 | Rs 5,000 | Rs 10,000 |
Compare at the moment you trade. The comparison page shows which exchange was cheapest most often over the last 7 and 30 days, for buying and for selling.
Payment methods
- JazzCash users: OKX or Bybit, since Binance doesn’t support JazzCash for PKR. See how to buy USDT with JazzCash.
- Easypaisa users: all three; see USDT with Easypaisa.
- Large amounts: bank transfer or Raast usually has the most offers that accept big orders, on all three exchanges.
- Wallet prices are usually a little higher than bank transfer. Compare on the payment method pages.
Seller information and speed
- Bybit publishes each advertiser’s average release time, and coinglee shows it in the offers table. This is the easiest way to avoid slow sellers.
- Binance shows 30-day orders, completion rate and when the seller was last online.
- OKX shows lifetime order counts and merchant badges on the offer. Open the merchant profile for 30-day figures.
On every exchange, check completion rate and recent orders before you pay.
Limits
All three let advertisers set their own minimum and maximum. Typical PKR offers accept from a few thousand rupees up to several lakh per order. Enter your amount in the filter to see only offers that fit; coinglee’s reference price uses offers that can take about Rs 50,000.
Regulation
Pakistan’s Virtual Assets Act 2026 created a licensing system run by PVARA. Binance holds a no-objection certificate (December 2025), the first formal step; OKX was reported to be applying; Bybit hasn’t announced a Pakistani application. This article does not verify a live licence registry; an NOC or application is not a full operating licence. Check current permissions with PVARA. See is Binance legal in Pakistan for the latest.

Run an amount-specific comparison
For a hypothetical Rs 50,000 purchase, prices of Rs 285 and Rs 286 per USDT give about 175.44 and 174.83 USDT respectively. The difference is roughly 0.61 USDT before fees. Compare the final quantity, not only the one-rupee difference in the headline rate.
Use the same wallet or bank method on both exchanges. An Easypaisa offer and a JazzCash offer are not interchangeable, and a low price is irrelevant if the order exceeds your wallet limit. Check the merchant’s minimum, available stock and payment window too. If the coin will be withdrawn, add that exchange’s actual withdrawal fee and check that the receiving network is supported before deciding which route costs less.
Check the current Binance P2P fee schedule and the order confirmation. Taker fees can depend on the fiat market and account, so the quoted price is not necessarily the total cost. Add any applicable fee, payment charge and withdrawal cost separately.
