How to Buy USDT in Pakistan on Binance P2P (Easypaisa, Bank, Raast)

Binance P2P is where most people in Pakistan buy USDT. You don’t deposit rupees into Binance. You pay another user directly through Easypaisa, a bank transfer, Raast, SadaPay or NayaPay, and Binance holds the seller’s USDT in escrow until the seller confirms your payment arrived. A careful first purchase takes 15–30 minutes. This guide covers every step, the checks that matter and what to do if something goes wrong.
Before you buy, check today’s USDT rate in Pakistan. The exchanges are often a rupee or more apart per USDT, which adds up quickly on larger amounts.

Before you start
1. A verified Binance account. Identity verification (KYC) uses your CNIC (or passport) and a face scan. It’s usually approved within minutes.
2. Two-factor authentication. Turn on an authenticator app or passkey. You’ll need it for orders and withdrawals.
3. A bank account or wallet in your own name. The account you pay from must carry the same name as your Binance verification. Sellers check this and refuse or refund third-party payments, because paying with someone else’s money is how most P2P fraud works.
4. Your payment method added under P2P → Payment methods: your bank account (IBAN), Easypaisa, SadaPay or NayaPay.
5. Wallet limits checked. Easypaisa and other wallets have daily and monthly limits that depend on your account level. If a payment fails halfway, the order can time out.
Choosing how to pay
| Method | Offers on Binance | Good for | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bank transfer / Raast | Most | Any amount, best for large orders | Raast is instant between participating banks |
| Easypaisa | Many | Small and medium amounts | Often slightly dearer than bank transfer |
| SadaPay, NayaPay | Fewer | Small amounts | Check limits |
| JazzCash | Not supported for PKR | Use OKX or Bybit |

Step 1: Open P2P and filter
In the Binance app, open P2P, choose Buy, select USDT and PKR.
- Enter the amount you want to spend, for example Rs 50,000. Offers that can’t take that amount disappear, which removes most of the bait.
- Filter by payment method.
- Optionally show verified merchants only. They usually have deeper liquidity and faster release.
Step 2: Read the offer
| Field | What it means | Look for |
|---|---|---|
| Price | Rupees per 1 USDT | Low, but not far below everyone else |
| Limit | Smallest and largest order | Includes your amount |
| Available | USDT left in the offer | More than you need |
| 30d orders / completion | Recent trades and the share completed | 50+ orders and 95%+ (coinglee’s thresholds) |
| Online / release time | How active and quick the seller is | Online recently, releases in minutes |
| Payment window | Time to pay after opening the order | Usually 15 minutes |
Offers with an unusually good price often allow only a few thousand rupees per order. They’re bait, and the price coinglee shows leaves them out by using offers that can take about Rs 50,000.

Step 3: Place the order
Tap Buy on the offer, enter the amount and check the USDT you’ll receive, then confirm. The order screen opens with a countdown and the seller’s payment details.
Read the seller’s terms before paying. Some only accept certain banks, ask for no remarks in the transfer, or want payment from a specific type of account. If you can’t follow them, cancel now. Cancelling before paying costs nothing, but too many cancellations in a day can temporarily block you from P2P.
Step 4: Pay exactly what the order says
- Open your banking app or wallet and pay the exact amount to the account shown in the order. Copy the account number or IBAN from the order screen.
- Use your own account, never a relative’s or a shop’s.
- Back in Binance, tap Transferred, notify seller, only after the money has actually left your account.
Don’t pay to any number or account sent in chat that differs from the order, and don’t split the payment unless the order says so.
Step 5: Receive the USDT
The seller checks their account and releases the USDT, usually within minutes. It arrives in your Funding wallet. From there you can hold it, move it to Spot or withdraw it. See which USDT network to use.
What it really costs
Check the current Binance P2P fee schedule and the order confirmation. Taker fees can depend on the fiat market and account, so the quoted price is not necessarily the total cost. Add any applicable fee, payment charge and withdrawal cost separately. Two things matter more:
- The price gap between exchanges and methods. In the snapshot above, Binance was Rs 1.30 per USDT cheaper than Bybit. On 1,000 USDT that’s Rs 1,300.
- The spread. Buying and selling prices differ by a fraction of a rupee to a rupee per USDT. That’s what a round trip costs. See the converter.
If something goes wrong
| Problem | What to do |
|---|---|
| You paid but the seller hasn’t released | Send your receipt in the order chat. When the timer ends, tap Appeal and upload the receipt |
| You paid the wrong amount | Tell the seller in the chat and agree on a refund or a new order before paying again |
| The timer ran out before you paid | The order cancels itself. Open a new one; never pay into an expired order |
| The seller asks you to cancel after you’ve paid | Never cancel after paying. It returns the USDT to the seller |
| A “dealer” offers a better rate on WhatsApp | Ignore it. Off-platform deals have no escrow and no appeal |

Can I buy with Rs 5,000? Yes, but filter by your amount. Many good offers start at Rs 10,000–50,000.
Is Binance P2P legal in Pakistan? Buying crypto isn’t an offence for individuals, and Binance holds a no-objection certificate from PVARA, though no exchange has a full licence yet. See is Binance legal in Pakistan.
